Nursing pillow an essential?

Hi mom's, wanna ask any one who use nursing pillow who think it's really helping when nursing the baby. Prevent back ache and maintain good posture? Been thinking should I buy as one is almost 50 doller quite expensive

Get hand me down on Carousell (usually people bless out “like new” condition). I got a hand me down and didn’t use it in the end, I just stack my own pillows cause it’s more comfy that way to nurse.
