Terrible coughing

Hi mom I’m currently in confiment Im having really dry and a lot phlegm coughing I have tried drinking warm water and honey water and gargling with salt water I have been coughing for 4 days and I’m to tired to walk to the polyclinic…any advice? #firsttimemom #adviceaccepted

coughing for last for many days especially without sufficient rest... best to seek professional advice via teleconsultation if lack energy to venture out

if a lot of phlegm u can take over the counter flumicil. then for cough u can take cetirizine
