milk warmer
is milk warmer necessary
Used to own an avent one with my first child and it takes pretty long to heat up. Now we just use a mug or thermal flask with hot water at home. Much faster. I bought the avent portable one for going out though, its a big plastic container with a thermal flask inside. Pretty useful only thing quite bulky but better than bringing 2 separate flask and mug.
Read moreBF via bottle coz ur working mom, then u will need it coz the milk warmer comes in 3in1. U can warm.baby food and sterilize their bottles too. Real Bubbee has it. Selling at $22 only. Bought from https://carousell.com/marshimallow
Yes, it warms the milk. If u just use hot water the water will lose heat over time. But if u are bf via latching usually, then perhaps not needed. Anyhows i got mine 2nd hand just at $10 or 15. Not too expensive to just buy.
Read moreIt depends how you are going to feed baby. If you going to feed breastmilk via bottle, i think it is a good investment cause it is much faster than using a bowl of hot water.
Had an avent one. But dont find it useful because after 10min, chilled milk is still chilled. Most efficient method is use thermos flask/jar, just 5min the milk is warmed.
Not really. But it’s good to have for convenience. It is also better than conventional warming up in a way that the heat is distributed evenly, avoiding hot spots.
Depends on your baby - some babies can drink chilled milk just fine. My friend’s baby has no issues with drinking milk taken from the fridge.
I use one because I have it but honestly if I knew beforehand I wouldn't buy one. It's the same as warming the bottle in a bowl of hot water.
Not if u have hot water dispenser. It is useful if u do not have ready supply of hot water as it will help heat up water from room temp
Hi mummy, it's not necessary but more convenient and faster. Can go for preloved in carousell as well if you don't mind :)
