How to know if you can stop nursing/pump

Hi my milk supply has gone lesser when my baby is 5mo pp.. so i kinda giveup to pump anymore. how do i know if i can completely stop pumping? if my boobs are soft and i still feel the engorged feeling do i still pump?

It’s up to you when you want to wean off but when weaning off you should do it slowly to prevent engorgement. https://www.medela.us/breastfeeding/articles/how-to-wean-from-pumping-and-let-your-pump-go
