Will milk supply drops if did not pump for 7-8 hours everyday?
Yes, and if you were pumping more frequently before that, you’d probably get really engorged and uncomfortable, with a lot of milk leaking out. So your clothes might get wet too
Yes yes yes. When my LO was 2 years old, I reduced my feeding time to 1 or 2 time per day. In result i have no more milk supply and my menses came. haha.
Hey there. Its best to follow a schedule to express your milk daily. Usually its every 2-3 hrs so that your supply will get better.
