If by starting you mean you’ve never exercised before (prior to pregnancy) and planning to start to exercise now it may not be a good idea. But if you’re used to exercising it’s okay.
Ask your OB po ako kasi second trimester nag start ng light exercise sa umaga and walking sa hapon, okay naman sa OB ko. Ngayon 35 weeks na ako 😊.
Momsh, kung dati ka ng nag eecercise even before ka na preggy okay lang naman mag continue as long as low impact lang unless maselan pagbubuntis mo po
Consult your OB first mommy. You can do light exercise as in super light lang. Tsaka ka na magpatagtag ng bongga pag full term na si baby.
