Based dun sa nabasa ko article avocado daw po mganda pkain.. pero sa baby ko first niya na try ay steamed ampalaya pero ang staple food niya tlga everyday ay lugaw gawa sa oatmeal na hinaluan ng kalabasa camote at patatas
