PLACENTA ANTERIOR, LOW LYING

Hey mama, okay so based sa ultrasound findings mo, your placenta is at the front of your uterus (anterior) and it's positioned lower than usual, reaching close to your cervix (the internal os), pero hindi pa sya completely covering it based sa description, kaya you're not at full placenta previa yet! Pero because it's in that low-lying zone, definitely discuss this with your OB sa next visit kasi they'll monitor if it moves up as your pregnancy progresses (maraming cases talaga na umakyat pa nung later months), or kung may restrictions ka for delivery, a few of my mum friends had similar findings and their placentas shifted on their own, so hindi lahat end up as major concerns, pero kailangan talaga ng proper monitoring from your doctor to be sure. The grade I maturity part is normal for your gestational age, so that's good! Just keep your appointments regular and don't skip ang check-ups, okay?
