Quatrofol, is it good?

Hello mga mommies. Question lang po, okay po ba ang quatrofol? Ayun po kasi ang niresta ni OB but folic acid lang siya. Is this enough po ba as prenatal vitamis ni wifey? First baby po, 5th week pa lang. Thank you po.

Quatrofol is a methylated form of folate po mama, which is particularly helpful for people with an MTHFR gene mutation, as they have trouble processing regular folic acid. My OB po recommended it to me when I was planning my pregnancy, and it felt like a good fit for my situation!
