Quatrofol, is it good?

Hello mga mommies. Question lang po, okay po ba ang quatrofol? Ayun po kasi ang niresta ni OB but folic acid lang siya. Is this enough po ba as prenatal vitamis ni wifey? First baby po, 5th week pa lang. Thank you po.

Mama! I’m taking Quatrofol right now. My OB explained that it’s a step up from regular folic acid since it’s already in its active form. This means our bodies can absorb it more easily without any conversion, which is really helpful po.
