FTM at 38wks need helpful advice

Hi mga mommies mababa na po ba? More on lakad na din and pineapple 🍍 juice. No signs of labor and close cervix .🥺 Any tips po na mamakatulong para magopen cervix? Thank you

I gave birth 2 days ago. My baby is exactly 39 weeks. Don't worry mommy, baby will come out when he/she's ready but walking and squats help and so does Primrose oil. Take it 3 times a day.

My OB advised me to take it for 7 days, 3 times a day but 4 days lng na complete ko.
