Close cervix and no sign of labor. Any tips? Nagwoworry lang haay! 😔 #FTM

Uy, totally nakakabahala na yan mama, pero 38 weeks and 5 days ka pa lang kaya may time pa! A few of my mum friends were in the same boat and honestly, walang guaranteed way to "ripen" the cervix, it's so different for every mama. I'd definitely mention it sa OB mo next checkup kaya na niya ma-monitor closely, pero try to stay calm din kasi stress lang yun at hindi tumutulong; maybe walk around, rest well, and let your body do its thing in its own time. You're almost there na talaga!
