Mga mi ask ko lang, formula and breastfeeding si baby ko, nakainom ako ng 1 san mig apple hehe yung icocollect ko ba na milk ididiscard ko?

Hello po, pwede naman po basta UNTI lang and wait po muna before mag breastfeed. At least 2 hours po after alcohol intake. hindi naman po harmful as long as UNTI lang yung intake :)
