Sss Salary Loan

Hi mga mamsshhhh... baka may same experience or nakaka alam s inyo dito, resigned na ko s company ko kasi I decided to be a full time mom, ask ko lang ,idededuct ba ng employer ung remaining balance mo sa sss salary loan sa makukuha mong final pay? TIA🥰#advicepls #pleasehelp

Ask the company directly. Sa experience ko, hindi po. Kaya nung lumipat ako ng work at may existing akong SSS Salary Loan, ipinaalam ko ito sa HR para sila na ang mag deduct nito from my pay

Hr/admin here - yes usually binabawas ng company sa final pay ng employee yung remaining salary loan if ever na my back pay si employee.

You have to submit the salary deduction for your loan. Just print the monthly amortization to your hr they will send it to your accounting for the mandatory salary deduction of loan.

not sure if its company dependent or from sss mismo, pero sa previous company ko, they deduct it sss final pay

Well based on my experience... never at hindi deduct. dahil iba ang salary loan sa maternity...

Depende po sa company pero minsan binbawas nila sa final payment
