Strict bedrest. Ob should check your urine bka may infection. Infection cause waterbag to break, paninigas ng matres and can trigger cervix to open. Avoid walking and standing if needed lang po talaga. Ako kse lagi my duvadilan kpag naninigas ang matres. Delikado po kse na laging naninigas matres nagcocontract po yon it will lead you to preterm labor. Take care and bedrest po atleast 1wk more water

Bed rest ka lang Mamsh, kasi sa akin suhi si Baby and sobrang baba ng placenta ko kaya advice din ni OB wag ako magkikilos masyado dahil napaka delikado daw po. Thank God kasi never naman po ako dinugo kahit di ko pa alam na ganon na pala sitwasyon ko. Sundin mo lang kung ano sabi ng OB mo. God Bless!

Hi mommy kamusta ka po? I’m also 7months pregnant, medyo nagworry lang ako kasi madalas din natigas ang tyan ko pero nawawala din agad at wala namang pain sa puson... ung pananakit ba ng puson mo parang mens na mgkakaroon ka???

mamsh,inadvisan ka ba ni OB mo na wag magpatagtag?dapat pahinga ka lang mamsh at bedrest.literal na pag cr lang ang gagawin mo pagtayo.

pagpahinga nyo lang po, wag po muna gagawa ng mga nakakapagod na bagay or yung matagal sa pagtayo. rest nyo po muna talaga :)
