Ay sis, ang Exluton is really safe for breastfeeding, pero honestly the safest approach pa rin is mag-combine ng methods kaya siguro pull-out pa rin for extra protection, lalo na fresh ka pa lang from CS recovery! A few of us tried pills lang without backup at may nabuntis pa, so better safe than sorry talaga, every body is different din kasi, at sometimes consistency sa pag-take ng pills matters so much. Definitely check with your OB about your specific situation kasi sila ang best makakasagot if combining methods is okay for you, pero in general double protection is always the way to go postpartum!
