Ang lower abdomen pain at breast tenderness ay common talaga sa first month ng pills kasi ang body mo ay nag-adjust pa lang sa hormones, lalo na fresh post-CS ka pa lang, a few of us felt the same around day 14-20 pa lang ng first pack, then nawala na. For safety though, mas better kung mag-consult ka with your OB about the pull-out method kasi sila lang talaga ang makakaadvise kung ready na ang body mo for that, especially so malapit pa lang ang CS mo; depo or IUD might be safer options to discuss din with them since it's your first time with contraception, and they can check kung okay na ang healing mo.
