of course aap green tea le saktey hain, even while you are breastfeeding. green tea has natural antioxidants that are very good for your body. but if possible, leaves wala fresh tea use karein, instead of the ones in tea bag. also, don't take more than 2 cups a day as it may change the taste of your milk if you are feeding.
