May I know how long you change your lo pacifier?

It is advisable to change it regularly like 3 mths once. This ia for hygiene purpose. Also, sometimes if it is not cleaned properly, it may have germs and bacteria on it.

It depends on usage. Replace it when you noticed any discoloration, tears or holes. You can also consider having a few and use them on a rotational basis.
