Maternity Pads or Diapers

Honestly for c-section recovery I found maternity pads way more comfortable than regular pads because they're thicker and have better coverage, especially when you're dealing with the heaviness down there plus the wound pain. I used Kotex maternity pads after my section and they were decent, but some mums swear by Libress or even just the heavy flow ones from Watsons. The key thing is getting something with good absorbency so you're not changing constantly and irritating the area, since everything down there is already sore from surgery. Just make sure whatever brand you pick doesn't have fragrance or perfume because that can really aggravate things during recovery.
