Gum irritation

Mamas, i'm 16 weeks 4 days, and i'm having gum irritation. It's not bad but i can feel it. It's uncomfortable. I'm just worried it's gonna affect my teeth especially cause i have gaps..i'm scared to lost my teeth hahaha. How bad can it get how bad was it for you?🥲
