According to nestle’s reply previously when I enquired. First one not halal certified, 2nd one is halal certified (also the one sold in supermarkets).

best to buy 2nd one as I feel it's more authentic, made in Switzerland and sold in SG.

Made by different country. Have never tried the cheaper one so cant comment.
