I would like to build the habit of taking cold showers. That is because cold showers actually helps with improved blood circulation, increased alertness, reduced muscle soreness, and even potential mood boosts. It might also help with skin and hair health, offer benefits for metabolism and even weight loss leading to live a better life!

There is no better than spending quality time with my kids and family. Playing is definitely a great way to do so, especially playing with the AIA Monopoly set. Not only does it help to promote bonding, it also helps to reduce stress which is definitely going to help me live better this year yeah!

I think I will try to limit my screen time as it should improve sleep and reduce mental fatigue which is often easily overlooked. Hope to get closer to nature and hopefully can improve my eyesight and overall health too✌️

This year, I’ve started a daily gratitude journal with my children. Every night before bed, we each share one thing we’re thankful for. It’s helped us sleep with happy hearts.

I’m working on drinking more water and making it fun by tracking it together with my kids! We even have a mini competition to see who hits their water goals first each day 😄

I’m building the habit of putting away my phone during family time... no distractions, just being fully present with my kids. It’s made our evenings so much more meaningful!

Be well-rested, get some exercise, and be prepared for baby's arrival next year! Spending more quality time with family is also essential before things get busy. 🥰

To focus & embrace the present with everything that is going on around me and especially to appreciate the moments with my loved ones.

Exercise, eat well, sleep well, play well. When everything is well, will definitely live better and happier 😊

making space for joy, rest and personal growth too by having simple self care routines! Love yourself! 🥰
