I usually just keep quiet. There is no point in arguing as he will not be able to see my point. Wait till he cools down and then revisit the issue. That is when he can explain himself better and listen to what I have to say.

I just keep quiet whenever i see that he is angry.. I just give him time to calm down it will passed anyway.. And when hes ready to talk and in good mood that the time i talk to him regarding his temper..
Never charge head on when your husband is on one of his temper rants. If you can, walk away and leave him to cool down first. Once he is calm, that’s the time you talk
Really just force myself to stay calm. To take a break from the situation and then come back to it later. Or try to divert your energies somewhere like doing meditation
I listen to his rants and when he flares up just keep quiet and apologize if i have to. Try not to raise voice and argue with him when he is in one of his moods
I always did the same thing if we have some arguments i will walk aways let we both of us cool down. My husband and i will talks about the next day.
just quite, and let him mumbling alone.after dobe, just let him calm down and make a cup of coffee for him, thats all....at last he will apologize
I don't think women should have to put up with all this nonsense. Talk to him, tell him how u feel, and try n work things together(:
