For a yaya, you can try finding at maidprovider.ph or gawin.ph. There, you can indicate that you are searching for someone who has knowledge in sleep training. Maid agencies often filter their applicants based on the clients' preferences and the maid's capabilities. I cannot personally recommend one, sorry. But I do hope you can find the perfect sleep trainer/yaya for your bubba.
