So they can opt for organic hair dyes with lesser chemical content and not applying directly on your hair roots. Application time should be lesser and not exceed recommended period. You might want to opt for highlights if you are still concern. As highlights generally won’t touch your hair roots and are relatively safer.

I avoided during first trimester but used amonia free from 2nd tri onwards
