Solid food

My lo just turned 6months old 2 days ago and i gave solid food twice (ie carrot and brocolli puree). She cried like as if she doesnt like it. Also, she started to poo a bit more frequently after she started solid. Is it normal?

It's normal. Some babies take to solids immediately and some need some time. My 1st liked purees and my 2nd doesnt like much beyond baby bites lol. Try different flavours , or see if she will take to baby led weaning.
