How to treat dry and itchy Lo skin

my LO neck was dry with skin peeling off and sometime itchy. Had applied fungus cream prescribed my doc but still not yet recover and getting worst. Any mummy here can advise how to treat.

Apply a lot of moisturizer on his skin. As long as itchy, apply some more moisturizer. Impt thing is to stop the itch so he won’t scratch and cause the skin to break and blisters start forming. My daughter has v bad skin too and that’s what the doc taught us so as to prevent more scarring. We use QV moisturizer for her skin. Lots and lots of it. There’s the QV baby version too for younger ones.

This happy to my girl child tooo Doctor recommended to use emolin soap substitute available in Amazon now her skin turned very smooth
