Acne bumps

My LO is a month 12 days old. She’s started to have acne bumps on the side of her face and neck was told might be the humid weather then the bumps starting to show all over her head might be due to the baby oil. Is it okay to just leave it or should i ho doctor or any over the counter remedies?
