Accident

Hi, my lo and i recently got into an accident but she look fine. (She 3month old) And i notice that after the car accident she sleep more on the night until 1/2pm in the afternoon. And everytime after feed she will sleep less than 20min and sometime vomit out milk. Should i be worry ?
