LO is grunting and no poop for 3 days

LO has been grunting oftenly like she is trying to poop. Heart hurts hearing her grunt.. Had just change her formula from normal similac or total comfort similac. Thought it will be better but maybe due to change of milk, her stomach is getting use to it. Any parents experience this?
