Nature one FM

After changing to Nature one FM, my LO poop has been getting stickier and harder. But stomach wise do not show any signs of constipation. She has always poop every 3 4 days. Any advise what i should do? Previously use similac total comfort. Her poop was normal. Should i continue to finish and see her next few poop?
