My LO is going to turn 3 weeks tomorrow. I realised that lately his poo is very smelly, like diarrhoea smell .. previously it wasnt that smelly. Im giving him a mix of formula & breast milk. Is he really having diarrhoea or isit something that I ate thats transferred to my breast milk and causes this smell? Or it’s normal? Tia!
