My lo is 4 months old and he's having hiccups twice everyday. Should I be concern and bring him to the PD?

My lo hiccups since newborn till now 5mo still hiccuping and its before and after every feed and last quite long! Happened to visit pd for sickness and asked pd..she said not a concern...its due to the stomach and abdomen too small when they are compressed..the air got stuck causing the hiccups
