LO refuses to be put to bed by grandma

My LO is 3.5months and recently we've realized that she'd cry hysterically when grandma tries to put her to sleep or change her nappy. Grandma's dad's mum, and they come once to twice a week for a short couple of hours each time, mostly just to play with her. Previously when she was younger, grandma carried her to sleep and she was fine, but recently in the last 1-2 weeks we've noticed that she'll scream and cry and only me or my husband can calm her down to put her to bed. Same with nappy changes, once Grandma tries to clean her, she screams and only me taking over will she calm down. Grandma's distressed obviously, but we don't know why the sudden change in attitude. Thing is, we have a part time nanny that comes in twice a week for 6 hours each, and the LO is perfectly fine with her. Could she just not like grandma? #firsttimemom #advice #firstmom #worried
