3 months old refusing milk

My LO is 3 months plus old and seems to be having a bad appetite. She was drinking 180ml every 3.5 hours but now shes drinking between 100 to 150ml. Is this a concern? She did pee and poo as usual.

Actually I think 180ml is too much. Perhaps she is moderating the amount?
