would like to know if there’s any collagen safe supplements in the market that i can purchase off the shelves.. this is my second pregnancy but i didn’t need to take any during my first, so…. #advicepls

why need to take collagen during pregnancy??? I thought supposed to take folic acid??

yes they are different things and I dun think I ever heard of mummies taking collagen supplement to supplement baby's skin growth... for themselves, yes. yes better ask ur gynae... mine only prescribed me folic acid, fish oil and calcium...
