How many people with baby has been rejected by private hires?

Would like to know how difficult for parents with children to take private hire rides. I heard too many angry sharing from my range of friends. When rejected, what will you do next?

I didn't experience this despite I'm always booking private car rides. But I did heard the Grab is much stricter in terms of infant car seat. I changed to Ryde app now and I must say the driver I encounter are much nicer than those I booked through Grab, even though drivers uses multiple apps booking... 🤷‍♀️
