Multiple Echogenic Foci

Would like to get some advices if any of you mommies here have similar experiences. Went for my 20week scan and the tech doing the scan found multiple echogenic foci on my baby's heart - 2 on the left side, 1 on the right. Are these something serious? My Oscar test came bk as v low risk during the 1st tri, hence I didn't go for harmony test.
