it helps! but due to the delayed effect, i had to take one pill the night before and another pill in the morning so it would help me with the vomitting & nausea through the day.
Currently in my 3rd trimester, diclectin help me with both nausea and vomiting. There are days where it doesn’t work as much I’ll just take one Panadol and sleep

Throughout my pregnancy i used diclectin but didn't help with nausea at all honestly. Might work differently for everyone.
