Ahhh I feel you lah, pregnancy fatigue is real sia. A few of us preggo mums managed by breaking shifts into smaller chunks, like taking 15-min power naps during lunch or sitting down more during meetings, and honestly telling our bosses we're pregnant helped them understand why we need flexibility. One of my close friends actually negotiated working from home 2-3 days a week, which saved her energy from commuting and she could rest better. Try also eating small snacks every 2 hours to keep your energy stable, and make sure you're sleeping early at night, I know easier said than done but it really helps kalau bisa. If skipping work becomes too much, maybe talk to your doctor about what's reasonable so you have medical backing when you discuss with your employer.
