Sharp pain holding urine

So last night around 1.33am I woke up wanting to pee so badly. So naturally I would hold my urine until I reach the toilet from my bedroom. However while walking to the toilet, I felt a sharp pain and ignored it until I am in the toilet it became so bad I cringed and instantaneously thought that it could affect my baby. So far no blood nor any further cramps after. Just bloated as usual. I’m at 8 weeks and wanna know if it’s gonna affect the baby in any way. I’m absolutely petrified it can cause miscarriage. ?
