Any ladies with irregular ovulation managed to successfully ovulate regularly with tcm acupuncture treatment?

I had TCM prescribed herbs instead of acupuncture, for almost 1 year. Besides that I had to watch my diet closely and try not to get too stressed. Getting enough sleep is also very important. My period went from being irregular to coming regularly every 33 days, and I could clearly see my ovulation cycle regulated by measuring basal body temperature every morning before I got out of bed.

to add on, you have to remain half asleep while measuring basal body temp. So don't get out of bed when measuring temperature, put thermometer in your mouth under your tongue for better accuracy. took me quite awhile to get it right and see a trend.
