Endometrial Polyps procedure

Hi ladies, for those who had endometrial polyps, was it done under LA, sedation or GA? Also for private gynae who would you recommend if i have very bad anxiety with such procedures? And what were your symptoms when having polyps? How long was the procedure? Any gynae who can do it without sedation? Your advice is greatly appreciated!

I haven’t gone through this personally, but a close friend did. She was really anxious before the procedure too, and her gynae spent quite a bit of time explaining the options. From what she shared, the actual procedure was much quicker than she expected and the anticipation was the hardest part. I think it’s worth letting your gynae know upfront about your anxiety, as they may be able to recommend the most comfortable option for you. Hopefully some mums here who have had it done can share their experiences with LA, sedation or GA. Wishing you all the best and sending hugs! ❤️
