Endometrial polyps procedure

Hi ladies, for those who had endometrial polyps, was it done under LA, sedation or GA? Also for private gynae who would you recommend if i have very bad anxiety with such procedures? And what were your symptoms when having polyps? How long was the procedure? Your advice is greatly appreciated!

I had mine removed under sedation and honestly found the experience much easier than I expected. The procedure was fairly quick, and I was able to go home the same day. My main symptom was spotting between periods, although some women don't have any symptoms at all. If you struggle with anxiety, definitely let your gynae know, as they can talk you through the options and help make the process more comfortable.
