Surgery @ Mount e novena

Hi ladies, can I ask if any of you have done surgery (not c sect) at Mount e novena? Would appreciate if you could share your experience. How were the nurses there, are they caring and empathetic? Also will someone/your spouse be allowed to accompany you down to the same level operating theatre (not inside) before rolling you in? Or they have to stay at the ward?
