Substitute for fish oil supplement

Hi all, do u know what can I substitute fish oil supplement with? I realized that it’s the one making me vomit and nauseous. And when I vomit the fish oil out, the smell makes me vomit even more. TIA everyone

I read that some fish oil supplements have “lemon” flavour and not so disgusting to eat. You may want to try those? For me, I just swallow with lots of water . Buy however when I burp, the fishy smells still come and I just drink more water . Or after another meal, the fish oil smell won’t be there already
