Fish oil

Hello, kkh gave me gnc fish oil. wondering if i can switch to Blackmores one? is there any difference? anyone tried the Blackmores one? for the Blackmores one : take 3x a day (after meal) or same as gnc one, once per day

Hi mummy, you can check the contents of both fish oil. If there's not much difference. It's okay to change :)
