im asking her bout her day/tell her to tell the story from the book, n listening to her..n then we jumping like spiderman 5 times..and put the lights off and the i sing..n pray/rhymes then she sleep...but it also take 30-45minutes ahahhaha
same for my kids .. I off all the lights . me n hub no hp when putting them to sleep .. they will be active for about an hour till need to settle them down , talk to them syg them nicely to lie down together then they will sleep
hahaha it's common I guess. For my 3 year old, I'd turn on the night light, get her to lie down beside me and I'd read story books to her. Usually takes around 45 mins to an hour for her to fall asleep
only no prob with mine when they r really tired out or sleep v late 😬
