Could be anything from constipation, gas, or just how they're eating, a few of us mums found that cutting back on certain foods or adjusting portion sizes helped, but I'd really suggest bringing her to the doctor to rule out anything serious, especially if she's uncomfortable or not acting herself. Is she eating normally and passing motion okay? That'll help the doc figure out what's going on.
